Integrate Prometheus with Grafana

Open Grafana Dashboard

Enter following URL in browser.
http://your_server_name:3000

Replace "your_server_name" with the hostname or IP address of server running Grafana Server Service.

Grafana Home Screen will be displayed


Add Prometheus as DATA SOURCE. Click on DATA SOURCE option on Grafana Home Page
Click on Prometheus and then click on "Select" button


Add Prometheus details in URL

Add your Prometheus server name and port number in URL section



Validate Connectivity with Premetheus

Scroll down at the bottom of the page and Click on "Save & Test" button to validate Grafana is able to connect with Prometheus.



Prometheus has been successfully added as a DATA SOURCE with Grafana. Click on "Back" button to return to Grafana Homepage
